Are my face scans and photos saved?

No. As stated in our Privacy Policy, raw scan images are processed in memory to generate an analysis and are not saved to our database. We only store the resulting skincare metrics to help you track your history and progress.

How do I delete my data?

Does this app provide medical advice?

No. Glow is designed exclusively as a cosmetic skincare application. It does not provide medical diagnoses, advice, or treatment. Always consult a dermatologist or doctor for medical concerns.

My camera scan isn't working, what should I do?

Ensure Glow has permission to access your device's camera. You can check this in your phone's system settings under "Privacy" or by finding Glow in your app list.
